“Agradable”
En la propiedad todo bien, tenía lo justo y necesario. Quizás la zona no es tan agradable es recomendable moverse por las calles principales, no estas tan cerca del centro hay que caminar unos 30,40 minutos. Todo me gustó, quizás la zona no es tan céntrica. A tener en cuenta el pago de la taza turística que todo Italia se paga aparte del pago de la reserva

The location is very good and the bed and bathroom are comfortable with air‑conditioning. The room is small.
The location was solid and the shared kitchenette was handy, plus the air conditioning worked well, which was a relief with all the heat and humidity. The shower was uncomfortable, the water leaked, and the shower head was broken so water sprayed everywhere. The bed was very noisy and the pillows were too low.
The area is great, the room and bathroom are the right size, and the bed is comfortable. The host is friendly and always available. The shower curtain caused some water to leak out, but it wasn’t catastrophic. The elevator requires a 20‑cent coin during the week, so if you don’t have cash, the four‑floor lift can be a hassle.

The best thing about this place is its spot—right at the start of Spaccanapoli, so you can stroll the city center with ease. A handy self‑service laundromat sits next door, which is great for longer stays or quick laundry. On the downside, the electrical situation is confusing; there’s only one socket that fits a standard European plug (the fridge’s), so you have to choose between keeping the fridge on or charging your phone each day. The magnetic door lock is a daily puzzle, working only when it feels like it, and you have to practice the exact trick to get it to lock. The bedside reading lamps are a nice touch, but none of them actually work.
