The staff were kind and attentive, and the view of El Nido bay at sunset was lovely. Everything else was fine.

The team was outstanding—friendly and accommodating from the moment I arrived, the best service I've experienced in a long time. The location is right next to the dock where the tours depart, and the food was fantastic! The waterfront setting was a highlight. A few issues with the water and plumbing arose, but they were resolved quickly.

The location was great. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work all the time, and the cleanliness left something to be desired.

The place is very well situated, and having a motorcycle included is definitely a plus, plus the staff are charming. They ask you the day before to give the time you want breakfast, and out of the five days we stayed, we missed breakfast three times because they take up to an hour to prepare it. In the bathroom area, we didn’t have hot water for five days, and for three of those days there was simply no water at all.
