I liked the room layout, the bedding, and the bath linens. The room wasn’t clean enough, even a ashtray with cigarette butts was on the balcony. I didn’t like the breakfast; there were few options, the food was covered with cloths, the view was terrible, and I had no appetite. The juice tasted sour, the coffee was bad. The playroom was abandoned, very dirty, and the sofas made me want to avoid sitting on them. All the toys were broken, posing a risk to children. Besides the mess in the playroom, the common outdoor area was abandoned and filthy; there was a round chaise that was torn, in an outdoor rest spot. The little farm was abandoned, nothing attractive, all very disorganized. Another absurdity is that you have to pay a high extra fee to use the pools.

Everything was great. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The location is fine for my situation, but anyone wanting to enjoy the hotel would rate it a 10.

The check‑in and check‑out staff were polite and helpful, and the restaurant gentleman is exceptional—so kind, and with his age, he treats the restaurant like his own child, happy when he sees guests satisfied; a true example of dedication. I don’t see any comment on that.
