Location is perfect. Close to everything. Front desk staff are nice and helpful including the security guard. Help us figure out how to access our room. The room is not as advertised! It is supposed to have a1 bunk bed, 1 sofa bed and 1 queen bed. Instead there’s only a bed and a very uncomfortable sofa. They were 4 of us. My oldest sister who is 71 year old and my sister in law who is 51 had to share a sofa for 2 nights. Their feet were hanging off the sofa so they pretty much slept curled up sideways! They provided a single/twin foam which didn’t help much as there’s not much space. We were hoping to get plenty of rest prior to our long flight back to U.S. but instead my two family members were exhausted not being able to rest properly. they also claim there’s a view but there isn’t! It was covered by the headboard from wall to wall. The entire condo is very dark inside as well. Lighting is insufficient! This is by far the worst stay I ever booked with . I trusted the description but they were all a lie!

I was happy to find the hotel close to everything, and the staff were organized, friendly, and kept the place clean. I didn’t encounter any issues at all.

The room was scheduled for check‑in at 11 PM and I paid at that same time. Since the property is an apartment, a room number is required to move in, but that number was only available by contacting the landlord. The booking site didn’t show the room number, and I couldn’t reach the host, so I ultimately didn’t check in, yet the payment was not refunded. In short, it felt deceptive: the platform let me book and pay for a room I couldn’t access, and the landlord received the money without any way for me to contact him. I would advise against booking an apartment like this.
