The sofa bed was disgusting, the breakfast wasn't as advertised, and the hotel had no water because a pipe had burst; we left a day early, and they refused to give us a refund. Terrible service. I do not recommend it. The sofa bed was disgusting, the breakfast wasn't as advertised, and the hotel had no water because a pipe had burst; we left a day early, and they refused to give us a refund. What was the breakfast? The fridge didn’t work, and several outlets were dead.

Nothing good. All the beds were uncomfortable, and every towel had stains on it.

Close to downtown, about 15 minutes most mornings. The AC worked great. They charged me $200 more than the original reservation, and the room wasn’t ready until 8 pm even though check‑in was at 3 pm. The room was somewhat clean, but the bathroom was sketchy.

The staff guy was nice. I asked for a partial refund or discount because the room was dirty, the sofa bed was hard to open because it was broken, and even the restroom door knob was broken. Room 124.
