The location. The elevator was broken! We had to walk two floors with heavy luggage, the environment was not sound‑proof, the staff laughed and joked all night and everything could be heard; street noise was constant, and the breakfast was awful.

The hotel’s location is good. It is mentioned that there is a parking lot, but in reality it is a city parking that costs 25 € per day; if it’s full you can’t park. The complex houses several hotels in the same building, and communication via the listed phone number is complicated.

I was happy with the central spot and the staff who were always ready to help, but the showers went cold and since I only stayed one night I didn’t get a chance to fix it.

Wir haben Im Mia Suite gebucht , haben aber Zimmer zuerst im Royal King erhalten . man bucht was , aber bekommt was anders , der Besitzer hat aber sehr feundlich gerade reagiert
