The location was very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room and the noise level were the only downsides.

“Too expensive, too little value”

I appreciated all the memorabilia and collectibles displayed in the vitrines, but the overall vibe felt a bit too eccentric.

Everything was wonderful, even strangely quiet with few people. P.S. I would recommend replacing the photos because the quality was very poor and it looked off, so I entered with a bit of apprehension about what to expect 😅. The price was inflated on concert days and such, but like everywhere, handing over the room key was a bit odd.

“Une nuit reposante au bord du Rhin.”

The staff are truly very friendly, and there is a 24‑hour reception. The room is spacious with a nice view of the Rhine, the bathrooms are impeccable, and there is even a paid parking lot at the back at a reasonable price. If I had to give a critique, the telephone is a bit kitschy (not sure if it works), but it adds a retro touch. I would have liked a mini fridge, but I didn't see one, sorry.

“Mittendrin, aber sehr ruhig”

I stayed in a double room with a view of the courtyard, and the décor matched the theme perfectly; the staff were courteous and knowledgeable, which I really appreciated. The location was central and very quiet, though the bread could have been fresher or kept warm longer – a minor gripe at a high level, though.
