The owner was friendly and helpful, preparing a gluten‑free meal for us, arranging hanbok clothes and styling our hair. She also let us take photos in the living room and on the roof overlooking Namsan Tower. The room was unique and the views were great. It’s very close to the palace, and she made me a special soup and tea – a great place to stay! The only downside is that it’s up the hill; you have to climb to get the views.

I really appreciated the traditional feel and cozy comfort of the place. The Anbang room was private, and the owner and general manager were extremely friendly and helpful. The view from the upper courtyard was lovely, with Namsan Tower visible from our windows. There were no complaints, except that moving our luggage up the steep hill was a bit of a challenge, though the hill itself wasn’t very long.
