Hervorragende Lage, wenige Gehminuten in die Innenstadt. Das Hotel ist wunderschön, die Ausstattung sehr edel. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die hervorragende Betreuung durch die zauberhaften Damen an der Rezeption, im Kaffeehaus und überall im Haus. Wir wurden zuvorkommend betreut, jeder Wunsch wird erfüllt und das immer mit einem Lächeln. Das Parken des Autos ist komfortabel, man steigt vor dem Hotel aus, gibt den Autoschlüssel ab und das Auto wird versorgt. Bei der Abreise bekommt man das Auto problemlos wieder. Das Frühstück bis 14.00 Uhr ist genial. Die Speisen, die man bestellen kann, sind von hervorragender Qualität. Das Service sehr freundlich und außerordentlich zuvorkommend. Es ist eine große Freude hier zu wohnen!. Da gibt es gar nichts

AMAZING HOTEL – I highly recommend it if you’re heading to Graz; from the staff to the coffee everything was flawless. THANK YOU! It’s very close to the tram and downtown, a true piece of art in the city centre.

A charming hotel – great location, cohesive décor, enriched with plenty of art, and very comfortable. The entire staff made the stay perfect with great warmth.

The location was perfect, and we loved the pool and the amazing views. The art throughout the hotel made it feel almost like staying in a gallery. We also really appreciated the modern facilities, and the café was fantastic.
