The location was easy to find and the welcome was good, but the bed in the room was uncomfortable and the pillows didn’t support my neck properly.

The staff were courteous and the hotel’s location was convenient, yet the price felt a bit high for the area.

I had booked a room, but the Ibis software failed, so no rooms were available for me even though I had a reservation; there was barely an apology and even less of a commercial gesture—definitely not going back.

The reception team was very welcoming and energetic, but the breakfast schedule on Sunday was a problem: on Saturday it started at 6:30 am, but on Sunday it wasn’t announced until 7:03 am, so I missed it.

The room was spacious, clean, and close to the train station, and I have nothing to complain about.
