The café on the first floor served delicious food and coffee, the room was kept in excellent condition, the family room was great for kids, and the location was so good it’s the perfect spot for any trip. Highly recommend!

It’s a shame there’s no breakfast service, but the hotel is comfortable and the location is ideal.

The hotel sits in a great spot, rooms are spacious and well furnished, and coffee, tea and small snacks are refilled daily. Breakfast is extra, but very good, and there’s also a Pret a Manger nearby. If your room faces the pub, the noise can get a bit loud.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in when visiting London. The rooms were large and comfortable. The cafe on the first floor served delicious light meals. The location was PERFECT for seeing the National Gallery, the Portrait Gallery, and evenings seeing theater
