“楽しかったです。夫婦でゆっくり過ごすことができました。”
The nostalgic Showa atmosphere and the considerate female staff were nice, but the stairs and corridors leading to the bath were slick and unpleasant, and the odor was off-putting.

The food and magic show were great, and the spacious bath with fish made my grandchild happy, but the tatami in the room was old and the floor near the window was not jute, so a spill left a stain; the pool was unusable because a typhoon was approaching, which disappointed my grandchild who had come from Osaka with a swimsuit and was looking forward to it—having an indoor option would have helped.

The sea‑view hot spring and the outdoor open bath are nice, but the staff’s attitude, the lack of Wi‑Fi in the room, and the unappetizing meals are drawbacks.

Despite the bad weather, the ocean view, the aquarium‑themed bath, and the full range of amenities made the breakfast delicious and the overall experience very satisfying; the parking could be easier, but being able to park at all is appreciated.

Ever since I saw countless TV spots as a child, the only hotels I could name were “Hatoya Hotel” and “Hotel Sun Hatoya,” and every friend of mine wanted to go there—it was a dream destination for all of us. After many years I finally stayed there and was overjoyed; the staff were all very pleasant, the dinner and breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, and the magic dinner show was a real treat. My room was spacious with an ocean view that felt open, the fish‑shaped bath melted away my fatigue, I enjoyed playing table tennis, and I even got to use the quirky tuna‑like plush in the lobby. It left me with wonderful memories, thank you! The only downside was that the ancient beach and shoreline pool closed early, and because I checked in late due to sightseeing I missed them, which was disappointing; next time I hope to return. Also, there were only two ping‑pong tables and I think having around four would be nicer.
