No breakfast was offered. The room was bare bones, lacking a refrigerator or microwave. We were told to leave a day early on 8/19/26, so we did, but I'm not sure if we received credit for that early departure. I couldn't understand what the man at the desk was saying.

Nothing good at all. The staff were rude and unprofessional, the parking lot was too tight and too small, and the room smelled like mold so we had to buy spray to eliminate the odor, which finally disappeared once we turned on the air conditioner. The bed was uncomfortable and unlevered, the bathroom was too small and dirty, the ceilings were dirty and peeling, and the TV only offered antenna channels. Wi‑Fi didn't work at all. Roaches appeared everywhere—every time I turned around I saw them, even on the table where I ate, which was next to the beds. I was so uneasy that I never slept, instead I sat in the chair outside all night until about 4 a.m. We checked out the next morning after having paid for the whole weekend, but the stay was so uncomfortable, nasty, and unsanitized that we left early and got a refund; I would not recommend anyone to stay here—sleeping in my car was better.

I booked a two‑night stay, checked in, and found roaches in the room. I immediately tried to get a refund, but they only offered to refund one night even though I had already checked in. Very disappointed.

The location was not bad, but the room was gross and required a $50 cash deposit. When I returned to my room, someone on drugs was standing next to my door. There was no Wi‑Fi, I didn’t feel safe, and it was gross to walk around the room without shoes on.
