The location was stunning—quiet, away from the old town’s bustle yet within easy walking distance. The views were beautiful, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I can’t think of anything negative.

The staff were very kind and friendly, always available. The hotel is very clean, the pool is cute, and the lakefront setting makes sunbathing on the chairs amazing. The food was excellent. I’m not sure if this lowers the rating, maybe I’m being picky, but they knew it was our honeymoon and didn’t even mention it; they gave us a small surprise to feel good. In all the other places we stayed, we mentioned it beforehand via WhatsApp, and they knew. Overall it was fun, quiet, and the atmosphere was good.

The location is right on the lake with an easy walk to the old town. The place is very clean and the staff, especially Cecilia, Alexandra, and Phillipo, were very helpful. The Superior room felt more like a standard room; there was little space to store wash bags and toiletries. The side lake view wasn’t great unless you stood on the balcony. That said, the room was comfortable, cleaned daily, and towels were replaced. We were unfortunately next to the elevator, which woke us up a few times early in the morning.
