The location is 30 m from a 7‑11 and a 10‑15‑minute walk to Sunrise and Pattaya beaches. The room is clean, with 2 single beds and 2 double beds. Staff is helpful but speaks limited English. I’m a returning customer after 14 years; the host remains helpful, replying to my questions through the apps. I wish they offered breakfast, as the restaurant is closed in low season. I recalled this place 14 years ago as the best food in Koh Lipe.

The location of this property is superb for the price you pay, you can walk anywhere on the island easily and it is a good value for what you pay. You’re not on the beach, but you’re spending half the price and you can walk to numerous gorgeous beaches within 5-12 minutes. Very near walking street and 711. There are great restaurants right outside. The staff is VERY kind and accommodating. I got sick with the flu and the missed my boat so I had to extend several nights and they were extremely easy and accommodating. It is very clean. The WiFi works well. The bed is not hard (huge plus for me). I would stay again for sure

I have stayed 4 hotels and resorts in Lipe and I have to say this is my favorite. Location: right next to 7/11 and just 5 minutes walk to sunrise beach. It’s quite clean and I didn’t see a single insect during my stay here, which is really important to me. When I stayed at other hotels/resorts, they were tooooo ‘wild’ for me with all those big insects. The staff - receptionist was super sweet and also the owner was quite nice and helpful. They were literally helping me for everything - best service! I would definitely stay here again next time

The location, bungalow functionality, daily cleaning, and staff are great. The breakfast could be improved, and the coffee machine… 😅

The room was spacious, and the hotel sits right next to the main avenue walking street and is close to the beach.
