The hotel’s location is very central. The basement room has no view, there’s no coffee machine in the room, cleanliness is average, there’s no elevator, the service is very basic, and it lacks charm.

The location was excellent, the staff were wonderful, the breakfast was very nice, and the room was very clean though it could use some minor renovations. Overall, I was very happy with our stay at Doubletree by Hilton.

I was only impressed by the welcome cookies; everything else fell flat. The staff and room cleanliness left a lot to be desired, and the biggest issue was that housekeeping opened our door even though we had clearly hung the “Do Not Disturb” sign outside. That breach of privacy made us feel very uneasy. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I won’t return.
