They assisted us when a leak appeared in our room; the staff was excellent and helpful.

The room featured a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom, and the pool was stunning; the location was superb and quiet. However, an elevator was being installed during our stay, producing constant noise, and we weren’t told about it beforehand. At one point, welding sparks landed on me, creating holes in both my swimsuit and towel. While most small hotels and homestays in Tam Coc offer free bicycles, here they charged for rentals; the fee was modest, but the bicycles were all old and poorly maintained.
