The location was great and the room had everything needed. The lounge light flickered, the bathroom light stopped working, and the host didn’t respond.

The location was good, the bed was comfy, and everything was clean. We got a late checkout and the cleaning lady was very friendly. Nothing to dislike.

A spacious one‑bedroom apartment with a full‑size fridge, kitchen, and laundry facilities. The location was wonderful. It was just a little dated but very clean and comfortable.

I expected a basic hotel room, but it felt more like a furnished apartment with a full kitchen, appliances, and even a washing machine. It’s close to Darling Harbour, ICC, and the light rail. There was no check‑in desk, which was unconventional, but the process was explained clearly and was straightforward.

The place offered no breakfast, and I found nothing appealing about it; it clearly doesn't live up to its description. The manager tried to help when I couldn't get into the property. I booked for a business trip to Sydney expecting a boutique feel, but there was nothing boutique about it, and it falls far short of the business hotels I've stayed in Canberra, Brisbane, and Melbourne. The room’s advertised features were misleading: it claimed a “Hot Tub,” yet there was none. The bathroom was barely 2 metres square, had a cracked hand basin, and a shower over a fiberglass bath that was very slippery when wet. The cupboards under the sink were worn and scratched, the tiles were not very clean, and there was no bathrobe as listed. It said there was a desk and dining table, but no desk was present—essential for a business traveler. The dining table lacked a nearby power point, so I couldn’t charge my laptop while working. The tea/coffee “maker” was just an electric jug with instant coffee; every business accommodation I’ve stayed in provides a coffee machine. Alongside the kitchen cupboards lay a single bed mattress that clearly had been used by previous guests. In short, there was nothing boutique or business‑like about the accommodation.
