Breakfast was poor, only bread, butter and tea were offered.

The staff behaved very badly.

I cannot rate it. The room was not available to us because the hotel only rents to Indian guests! The staff helped us find an alternative room. A review has now been published that I did not submit and is definitely wrong.
Check‑in went smoothly, I was happy with the service and satisfied with the overall experience.
There were no food arrangements, not even hot drinks.
