The only good thing about this place was the location. Communication was terrible; after booking through Booking I tried to contact the hostel several times and never got a reply. I had also booked an extra night to arrive a day early, yet I was forced to wait until 15:00 to check in. When I finally got into my room, it was filthy and the bathroom was disgusting. Over the three nights I stayed, neither the room nor the bathroom was cleaned. The beds made a lot of noise and the pillows were so thin they felt like a slice of cold ham, making sleep very uncomfortable. All rooms were mixed and there was only one bathroom per floor, even though each floor has about four rooms. I tried to express my dissatisfaction and even wanted to cancel the reservation during my stay to move elsewhere, but that wasn’t possible. Undoubtedly, it was one of the worst hostels I’ve ever stayed at.
