The hotel's location was one of its greatest strengths, as it put me within walking distance of many local attractions.
The staff did a fantastic job of maintaining a clean and tidy dining area

“This is a decent place to stay in Concord. It’s clean and near many food establishments. The staff was friendly, helpf”
The place scores high on location, cleanliness, and the room’s jacuzzi. The only drawback is that there are no security cameras around the property’s perimeter.
“Dissapointed”
Yeah u keep emailing me for a review of ur hotel, we'll I just got my card statement , for my last 2 stays , and ur hotel double charged my card for each time I stayed with u , it's plain and simple , the person who ever was working charged my card 2 times each time. I didnt like being ripped off and double charged by ur staff, I expect a full refund for charging me double the past 2 stays
The staff were friendly and the breakfast was typical of Best Western. The room was a “pet” room because I had my dog, but the bathroom floor was filthy and one of the beds was broken. The staff said maintenance would come soon, but the carpet was worn with holes.
The facility is older, but it’s been kept in good condition.
The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. However, the staff were overly nosy and a bit rude, so if you’re not offended by their comments you’ll probably enjoy your stay.
