The stay was beautiful; the new building room was modern, very clean, and offered a fantastic mountain view. Even with our initial worries about the road, it was pleasantly quiet with the balcony door open. The food was excellent and the hosts incredibly friendly. Their great local tips made us feel at home; we’ll return gladly!

The owners are competent, friendly, service‑oriented, and you feel cared for. The location is quiet, with a bus stop and the Rose Garden right outside the door, and short walks to the garden, nature, Bolzano, Lake Caldaro, and more. The rooms are cozy, the mattress and pillows perfect. The breakfast buffet, lovingly prepared with high‑quality, delicious, partly regional, and homemade items, is a dream. The value for money is excellent—ideal for an unforgettable holiday. The only issue was the missing fridge in the room, so I had to receive ice cubes every day—thanks!
I stayed for the Skymarathon race and on the race day breakfast was served at 5:30 am to accommodate the runners—great service!

The location served as a perfect base for hikes and the bus connections were great, the brand‑new rooms in the recent building were very nice, breakfast was wonderful and the chef prepared a four‑course dinner himself, and the staff treated us like family with very personal attention. The only downside was that the hotel sits right on a main road and the town of Tiers does nothing to calm traffic.
