Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Nashville Smyrna

Convenient location, comfortable beds, nice staff. Super musty a/c and whole 2nd floor

I had nothing positive to say; the amenities were broken, the staff was rude, and there were feces all over the toilet. It was dirty, so we never stayed here.

The lobby was clean, smelled nice, and the staff were courteous. However, the room had a strong mildew smell and felt damp, so we canceled our reservation, got a refund, and booked another hotel for our stay.

We ran into issues with the TV in our room, but the staff immediately swapped us into a different room and handled everything very nicely.

“I’ve never stayed in this area and wish I had looked at other hotels in the area.”

The location was fine, but the foyer felt cramped, the rooms looked outdated, and the dining area was subpar.
