The room was spacious, but the sheets hadn’t been changed and the cups weren’t washed, which left me with itchy skin from the lack of cleanliness. When I called the front desk, they couldn’t understand English. The first night there was no hair conditioner and the toiletries were low quality, which was very disappointing.
