The meals were tasty, especially the surprise champagne at the wedding; the room was very comfortable, smooth, and the bathroom was spacious. However, the two separate beds were a drawback—I’d have preferred a single large one.

The individual Swedish-style tables were a highlight. When we arrived for breakfast, the table was ready and hot food was brought to us; the food was superb. The building has a history as a former school, and the atmosphere is charming with calm music and artist‑painted murals on the walls.

The hosts were incredibly warm and the hotel is lovingly decorated. The location is great, and the breakfast and dinner are unbeatable; I’d love to spend holidays or a senior pension there.
