A boutique guest house steps from La Spezia’s pedestrian zone, 250 m from the train station and a 10‑minute walk to the seafront. Each en‑suite room offers air‑conditioning, a TV, safe and free Wi‑Fi. Guests enjoy a light Italian breakfast at a nearby café, and easy access to museums, galleries, and the Cinque Terre, a 20‑minute drive away.

Great location and staff. The room was very small with almost no storage and a poor design.

The property sits in a central spot, very close to the station. The welcome was very warm, and we were guided and kindly advised on every move. The room was extremely comfortable, clean, and practical, everything worked perfectly, and it was well furnished. For every need we expressed, we received positive and accommodating responses. Absolutely recommend! Nothing really.

We were very well received by Elisa upon arrival and throughout the stay for her valuable advice (organizing our stay, our visits, expectations about restaurants and shops). Also, nothing was missing in our room, it was very clean and quiet even though it’s in the center and 100 m from the station; which was very convenient for visiting the 5 Towns. For all these reasons, we highly recommend this establishment. Nothing at all was perfect, no reservations.

Excellent location, near the station and the center. Modern, clean, welcoming, with all comforts. Elisa is extraordinary, makes you feel at home and cares about your stay. All great.
