“TOO many rules for an adult to follow!!!”

When I first stepped into the room I could see the floor hadn't been cleaned, and the shower confirmed that. The tub was covered in hair from my shower shoes, and it took a couple of minutes to rinse it down, plus long strands were stuck to the walls and the shower curtain. I never stayed in a suite with a stove and no cooking utensils; it felt like a dorm. I had to go to the front desk to request clean towels, but only if I brought the dirty ones back.

“DISAPPOINTED”

The front desk receptionist was friendly, but the room was not very clean, there weren't enough towels, the toilet was dirty, and a nightstand was missing.

“HORRIBLE”

I liked the stove, but everything else was disgusting, even the front desk lady’s attitude was horrible. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at and the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Roaches were everywhere, the fridge was super rusty, and a smell of stink hung in the air. Under the sink I saw food all over the pipes, and roaches came from every crack. Whoever cleans these rooms must have given up, because everything was beyond gross. The front desk lady is a pain, a huge smart butt for no reason, very rude and the worst front desk person I’ve ever met. She needs to smile more and not be so serious. The hotel looks nice on the outside, but the inside is a whole other story. The AC unit was beyond disgusting and made me and my kids sick; I looked in the vent and saw what we were breathing in. This hotel really needs to be shut down. 100/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND, especially for the ridiculous prices they charge.

“Do better!”

The hotel was in a good area with lots of things to do around, but it smelled wet everywhere, was not clean, and the water didn’t get hot so I had to take a cold shower.
