Staying overnight and heading straight out would have made it feel like a poor value, but having time to enjoy the garden and common areas really changed that; the savory cooked breakfast was very good, though if you don’t like those options the other choices are limited. Some fixtures need more maintenance.

Having iron, mini fridge and microwave in the room made things very convenient.

The owner needs to let guests be, in peace; a 9pm curfew and enforced silence even in our own rooms were a problem.
