I asked for a high‑floor room, but the staff confirmed it was on the second floor and the sink was leaking; I wanted to use the hotel bathroom, but it was dirty and had no paper. I told reception, and they said I could use a cleaner public bathroom on the street instead.

The location and the receptionist, Khur, were good. I booked two sea‑view rooms for three days, but on arrival I was given one sea‑view room and one on the side façade. When I asked why, they said no other rooms were available. I tried to cancel and get a refund, but an employee told me it wasn’t possible without disrespecting the manager, Mustafa, which is unethical. I decided to stay the rest of the stay after Khur promised to provide a suitable room the next day, but I was not compensated for the price difference on the first day. The breakfast was very modest.

I never received a room because it was under maintenance, and after waiting more than an hour my reservation was cancelled.

The staff were good and the rooms were clean, but the management was terrible: the manager was rude to both staff and guests, very selfish, and seemed to be an Arabian owner with a Turkish lady manager who was awful. The beach is public, yet they posted photos as if it were private.
