My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional, thanks to the extremely friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The rooms were spotless and perfectly maintained, making for a wonderful and relaxing experience.

While the hotel's location was a major plus, I was somewhat let down by the service staff, who seemed to be lacking in support and amenities within the hotel. It would have been nice to have more in-house services available.

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's location, comfort, and cleanliness, but my stay was slightly marred by a morning without hot water. It was a minor inconvenience, but one that I hope the hotel will address in the future.
