The hotel was near my family, whom we flew in from Mississippi after a family death. I accidentally booked two rooms and didn’t realize until check‑in. The front desk told me to contact them, and I did immediately; they promised to sort it out. They followed through, and I received an email from Paradise Inn and Suites saying they would refund the accidental booking with no extra fee, but that never happened and I was still charged. I won’t stay there again or recommend them.

It’s easy to find and the prices aren’t bad. The hallway smells like smoke, and the floors are dirty.

I thought the price was fair, but the cleaning lady took all the towels and never returned them while I stayed for two days, and the floor was dirty.
