The owner, Roberto, was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, featuring fresh pizza, croissants, and many other items. He was attentive to allergies and intolerances. The room had a coffee machine and a fridge stocked with several bottles of water, plus a room air‑conditioner. A suggestion would be to improve access to the internal parking lot.

The location is tactical, equidistant from the village center (which deserves praise) and the beaches. The host was super friendly and ready to give information about places, events, restaurants, etc.

The proximity to great beaches and Vasto is fantastic. Everything is easily reachable by car in just a few minutes. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, and they gave us great tips.

Everything, top location to reach Vasto in a few minutes, Acqualand (which is kept very well), and explore the Punta Aderci natural reserve (beautiful and wild sea). Roberto is extremely kind and helpful, the apartment is impeccable in cleanliness, scent, and attention to detail, all brand new. Parking is available, the atmosphere is super relaxing.

We stayed at "A casa dei nonni B&B" during a stop on the Trabocchi cycle path with a group of friends. The location is fantastic, well cared for and relaxing, but what made the stay truly special was the welcome from the owner: friendly, cordial, nice, and incredibly helpful. The hospitality exceeded every expectation: we even witnessed a small reunion among his friends and he pleasantly included us in the celebrations! He also recommended a great nearby eatery with absolutely reasonable prices. In the morning he delighted us with a delicious breakfast. A key point for us cyclists: maximum availability and care in securing our bikes. Highly recommended.
