The location was excellent and everything was within walking distance. However, I expected room service as advertised, but it wasn’t actually available. The door also slammed loudly and never got repaired.

The rooms were comfortable and well‑appointed, featuring city‑themed décor—mine was Hollywood. The property sits within easy walking distance of the city centre, several restaurants, and upscale local shops. The staff were helpful and professional. Breakfast felt more like brunch; a buffet and lighter bite options would have been nice. Overall, this hotel proved to be an excellent mini‑break spot for anyone visiting Edinburgh.

The property was lovely, situated in a great location with nicely decorated rooms. The fresh‑filter coffee facilities in the room were a nice touch. The nightclub, however, was so loud on Wednesday evening that even with ear plugs I couldn’t sleep. Be aware if you’re in Edinburgh for business and need a good night’s sleep.

The staff were friendly and the location was great, and breakfast was good. The hotel sits on top of a club, so the music is very strong and the crowds are noisy—definitely not a quiet place for a good night’s sleep.
