The place sits nicely near the city centre in a quiet area, and I found plenty of instructional videos about the property which came in handy. On the downside, the curtains were transparent, the shower leaked, there was no ventilation in the bathroom, the bed was uncomfortable and the wrong bed arrangement was used. Check‑in was a hassle, the shared kitchen was untidy, the climate control failed, and the underfloor heating could not be turned off.

The room was spacious and came with a kitchen, and I appreciated the online support—though I wish I hadn’t needed it. I never received the check‑in instructions that were supposed to be sent by staff because of difficulties with online check‑in, and the bathroom had a bad plumbing smell. The door knobs were hard to turn and I had to rely on online help; they sent a video for everyone, but written instructions in the room—how to turn the heating on, check‑out procedures, etc.—would have been more useful.

We enjoyed a lovely stay in Luxembourg; the accommodation was very comfortable, spotless, and well maintained, providing everything we needed. Its location made it easy to explore the city and surrounding areas, and it was especially pleasant to return to a peaceful, cozy spot after a busy day of sightseeing. From check‑in to check‑out everything ran smoothly, and overall we had a truly enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Luxembourg and would gladly stay again.
