The building itself was solid, but there was no parking spot right outside the entrance, only a nearby parking garage.

The spot is great on Jahnplatz, the room is large and well equipped, and the value for money is very good. There’s no way to unload luggage before arrival (except illegally on the sidewalk), the sink is broken, and the shower drain poses a danger. Some décor is missing—a picture on the wall is gone. I reported the sink to the cleaning lady, but the problem wasn’t fixed. Calls and requests went unanswered; no communication was possible. Check‑in worked but was a bit complicated; it wasn’t clear beforehand that there was no reception desk, though that might have been overlooked.

The location and facilities were great, but we couldn’t get through by phone, chat, or even eye contact with anyone. The direct booking number was wrong, and messages left on the chat were met with automated replies, so we couldn’t reserve a parking space even after contacting them twice via chat and several times by phone. The closest parking costs 24 € per day, opens at 8 am and closes at 8 pm.

The location is perfect for parking and the city center, the communication and receiving of the access code went smoothly, and the beds are very comfortable. However, the bathroom tap sprayed in all directions when used, there were indeterminate brown stains on the chairs, the kitchen lamp was torn, and the caulking could use an update; despite the room being clean, these were minor issues.
