The location is excellent, easy to reach public transport and a ten‑minute walk to the center. The price is very low. The room had a balcony. The bed is smaller than usual, the staff are almost nonexistent, but it’s good for sleeping and nothing more.

It’s in a friendly neighborhood, the hotel is clean and quiet. The room is small but fully comfortable, and the balcony is pleasant. The reception staff greet you with a smile. The shower is very small, but that’s not a big deal.

The place was great! The lady running the hotel was super helpful and welcoming, and we especially enjoyed the free coffee and tea. The only downside was that the hotel sits on a steep hill, which can be tough for people with reduced mobility, though it’s an easy walk for those without mobility issues.

Всё очень понравилось. Отель в сердце любимого района Кумкапы. Старый стамбульский дом, с любовью отремонтированный. В номере очень удобно, деревянный пол, маленький, но очень удобный санузел. В отеле и в номере, в частности, очень чисто, безукоризненно чистое бельё. Персонал быстро решает все вопросы. Хотелось бы занавески на окна. Рулонные шторы не очень удобны
