“Clean and cheap with good bus connections if you don't mind lower class esthetics and neighborhood”

The hotel is clean and the staff are helpful and patient. If you need to check in late or out early, just let the receptionist know; they’ll also help if you need to return late at night. Rooms are clean but a little worn, depending on the room. The bus and tram stop is just a one‑minute walk outside, but Italian bus schedules can be tricky—sometimes early‑morning buses stop at slightly different stops. Google Maps may show the correct times, but it can also be wrong. Buses get crowded heading into Venice, but at this stop they’re still fairly empty, so you can find a comfortable spot to sit or stand. Bus tickets can be bought via WhatsApp or the AVM Venezia app, which is a bit hard to navigate. The hotel’s location in Marghera isn’t the most inviting part of town; expect groups of non‑Italian people hanging out on the streets in the evenings. During my four nights the area around the hotel was calm, but women might feel unsafe walking alone at night. No incidents happened during my stay, and everyone I met was friendly and helpful.

The accommodation is close to Venice’s center, with a bus right at the door and a comfortable bed for sleeping.

“just good”

The room was just good, but the lighting was weak.

“Usato solo per dormire, per poi visitare Venezia”

The breakfast was normal and sparse. The location is great for getting to Venice by public transport; a bus stop is 50 m away. The bathroom didn’t have a bidet (at least in our room). The building is partially renovated; the exterior needs work. The parking lot is small, so only a few cars can fit compared to the number of rooms.
