I love the pool access and the size of the room; the staff are excellent and always available if you need anything, especially Bruno and Victoria—highly recommended.

“Really a great place”

This lovely hotel is well situated near the beach with a jungle view; the room was large, very clean, and had a spacious terrace, while the bathroom was also large and clean. There was a big older TV with many channels but no Netflix, an electric kettle, and a medium-sized refrigerator. Wifi worked well in the room but not as well at the pool. The swimming pool is huge, the water is clean and pleasant, and the pool area is cozy with sun loungers for everyone, though shade can be scarce midday. Breakfast was no longer a buffet; as a small group it was a la carte but tasty and unlimited, with personal requests met (e.g., we received cheese one day) and a large plate of fresh fruit each day. The staff were friendly and welcoming, creating a homely atmosphere. A free minibar was available when we visited two years ago, but it’s no longer there; instead, free bottled water is at reception and there’s a coffee machine for unlimited coffee. Two years ago we could borrow bicycles, which was great for getting around, but that option is gone; however, a scooter can be rented right across from the hotel, and staff can help arrange a car at a good price—just ask Victoria. Thanks to owner Victoria and the rest of the staff; we hope to stay again.

The rooms were very clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed with a nice view over the pool area; the staff were super friendly, helpful, and service‑oriented.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the place was very clean, and it sits right next to the beach—quiet and peaceful. I just wish it were a little less pricey.

“Отель классный, но не все”

The hotel was decent overall, but we weren’t warned about road work during check‑in. Throughout the whole vacation we endured constant hammering from 7 am to 5 pm as drainage work was being installed, even though the property is supposed to be quiet and secluded. We ended up sleeping with earplugs until 8‑9 am and then catching up on rest at the beach. The nearby beach was shallow, dirty and packed mainly with Europeans; my husband refused to go there after a single scouting visit. I’d still recommend the hotel, but you should ask about any construction nearby because that information wasn’t provided. Paying the full amount online in advance turned out to be a mistake. The beach is walkable, but without a scooter or taxi there isn’t much to do at this hotel.
