The location was excellent, the breakfast was good, there was an açaí shop next to the pharmacy and amenities nearby. However, the lodge was under construction, which was not announced beforehand. The room was dusty on the floor, we found two cockroaches during the three days we stayed, no room cleaning occurred at all, the bathroom trash was never emptied, and the walls seemed leaky. We were on the first floor and the window faced the main courtyard, so we couldn’t open the curtain because we had no privacy.

At the café they made a sugar‑free juice because that option wasn’t on the buffet. The air conditioner leaked water into the room, the shower didn’t work, towel changes and cleaning only happened after two days, there was only one central light that only turned off at the door, no lamp, the room paint was peeling, and the installation needed a renovation.

Nothing was good. Breakfast, room, cleaning, noise, and a construction site at the lodge were annoying all day.

I didn’t like anything. This was the first time I booked through Booking and the rating was 8, yet the lodge is very bad. In addition to all the discomfort, dirt, poorly maintained facilities, broken furniture in the room, there was construction in one of the apartments and guests were not informed in advance. I couldn’t leave the lodge because other people were in other rooms. The breakfast was also bad; I only had coffee on the first day.
