“A good place to stay”
Getting there was easy, and the hotel was next to a restaurant that offered a discount to guests, but on‑site breakfast would have been nice.

The price was good and the hotel was right beside the highway, but the room had a strong odor and the windows wouldn't open.

The room and bedding were very comfortable, though a bit noisy because the room sits next to the road and the reception area.

The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. It was far too far from the city center, and the room faced an avenue with a lot of traffic.

The room was clean and satisfactory except the shower pad was hidden under the sink instead of on the shower floor, so I didn’t see it and slipped several times while showering and almost fell. The location was just okay, nothing to brag about, and there was no breakfast, only a coffee machine in the so‑called lobby. During our entire stay there was only one person present at the hotel and he/she was tending to the front desk (other than cleaning staff which we never saw). After the first night when we came back to enter our room at midday the door wouldn’t open and the clerk couldn’t open it either; there was no one else to help us and the clerk had to tend to check‑ins and check‑outs. We were moved into another room (but not the same type as what we booked) and had NO access to our belongings until 10 pm. The clerk could not reach any supervisor or hotel so‑called manager (she was on her second job out of town). Finally the maintenance man came in around 10 pm and broke the door open with a crowbar, which made it unavailable to live in. We moved our belongings to the other room and never got compensation for what happened. We were never able to reach any hotel managers to state our problem and ask for restitution, so we stated our concerns and after a few days they were only able to offer us a small contribution toward our next booking. I think this stinks. This is a low‑budget motel at best (not a hotel) for local blue‑collar workers or anyone else that just wants a room and no service. Very disappointed in both the hotel and…
