When I went to drop off my luggage, the clerk asked what time I would be back even though my reservation didn’t include a 22:00 check‑in. I told them I hadn’t booked a 22:00 arrival, and they just repeated “what time will you be back?” without any apology or clarification. Future guests should watch out for staff setting check‑in times on their own.

Its location was super convenient, which made catching my flight from Haneda a piece of cake. The room was very roomy. I got a bit lost because there were two Toyoko Inn’s in the area.
