“I enjoyed my stay but did not sleep well”

The staff were very friendly, the value for money was good, the location was convenient, everything was close by, the room was clean, the bathroom was good and clean, and the full breakfast option was excellent, though the pastries were not fresh and the bread was stale. The mattress and pillows were very hard, making it hard to sleep and causing continuous wake-ups due to pain, so I had to take painkillers to sleep; I raised my concern a few times and the response was that it was new, but I was sleeping on rocks, and part of being a good hotel is good sleep.

With only six days, I now know the staff by name and they are very friendly. Everything else is fine and even better than expected.

“Tavsiye derim. Odalar temizdi. S abah kahvaltısı iyiydi.”

The room we stayed in was clean and good, the area was in a great spot, and I would recommend it, though some rooms still had a cigarette smell.
