“Overall a disappointment”
The place has potential and a good location, and the building could be great if it were maintained. But the dirt, cockroaches and ants were everywhere, the sheets were torn, every surface was dust‑covered, and the room seats were heavily stained. I could barely see out of the windows, which looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. The bathmats were stained and dirty, the shower didn’t drain properly and the whole floor ended up wet. Breakfast was supposed to be included, yet there was no food or staff present; whenever we needed help we had to shout for someone to come out. The photos are old.
