The linens were clean and covered, I loved my sleeping spot and the bed was comfortable; everything was very organized, people respected each other, and the owner or manager was very polite.

The room matched what the listing promised, so that part was fine. Unfortunately the ground‑floor bathroom and sink didn’t have any water running and felt pretty uninviting. To make matters worse, my room opened onto the kitchen and the hallway, so I could constantly hear people coming and going.

I liked the roommates, but they also complained that the owner and staff were stupid, which is regrettable; rain seeped into the kitchen, the rooms need renovation, the window doesn’t open properly and is broken, I was charged 10 reais for a towel, laundry costs 10 reais, there was no cover for the bathroom access so I got wet, the days I was there were very rainy, the place to hang clothes got soaked, the owner and staff were foolish, there was no sofa, my mattress was bad, faucets lacked water, and the shower burned on the last day.
