The site is beautiful, the accommodation charming, and the views are magnificent. Ana was very kind and attentive throughout. The breakfast was delicious, featuring local products. It’s a perfect spot to unwind, walk, and enjoy time with friends or family in a fairy‑tale setting. Nothing was missing; everything matched the photos. We were sad we couldn’t stay longer.

The view over the valley is great. The accessibility is a disaster: a 20‑minute drive from the main road over pothole‑filled roads that usually require a 4x4. Once at the location, you still have to walk 200 meters up a very steep path to the rooms, which is not suitable for people with limited mobility. We had to cancel last minute because of this. We also felt it was irresponsible to have to traverse that path back to our rooms after an evening restaurant visit. We were denied a full refund, even though the description never mentioned the difficult access. We feel cheated. We’re not difficult people, but this was simply impossible for us. It’s a shame there was no understanding.

It’s an AMAZING place 😍 The care and detail from Ana are hard to find these days. We stayed in the Apartment Ribeira Sacra and I can’t recommend it enough. The cleaning is flawless, the décor is great, and Ana’s service and attention are a THOUSAND times better 😍 Having a glass of wine at sunset on the terrace, hearing the silence, and watching the Miño River is priceless. The views from the apartment are a continuous postcard. Visiting Cabo Do Mundo is well worth it, and I hope Ana will always welcome and attend to us 🤗 No downside; it’s a unique place.
