The location was quiet, the park allowed walking, the spa was available, the meals were original, the restaurant was calm and the staff were kind, and there was private parking. The room smelled stuffy upon arrival, and to ventilate we had to wait until morning because at night there were many flies and mosquitoes. The shower door was hard to open and could fall because it was loose from the wall; we reported it but nothing was fixed, so it was very dangerous. The wardrobes didn’t close properly, the coat hook almost fell because the screws didn’t hold. That’s why we gave a low quality‑price rating.

“Experiência menos agradável que em estadia anterior”

The space was engaging, but this was the second time we stayed here, the first three years ago. We were disappointed to find that the eco‑houses weren’t well maintained: the wood on doors and interior walls was noticeably degraded, the bedroom doors were warped so they wouldn’t close and scraped the floor. The apartment’s cleaning was poor, especially the rug under the sofa, which had visible trash. In one bathroom, the sewage smell was nauseating after a rainy afternoon. We also didn’t like that, unlike the last visit, we couldn’t bring our electric car to the nearby parking, forcing us to walk over 500 m with children in tow. Although the staff were willing to take us to and from the accommodation when asked, relying on that service for every move during the stay didn’t seem justified.

The staff were courteous and friendly, breakfast was excellent, and the beds were super comfortable. Breakfast started only at 8 am, and the pool opened at 10:30 am but they didn’t always stick to that schedule.

“Buena experiencia pero hay que añadir servicios para evitar aburrimiento”

The surroundings and the pool were great, but the spa should have been included and bicycles would have made the experience complete.
