“Poor value for your money; there are much better options on the strip”
The towels were small but clean, the elevators and door locks worked fine, and I met one or two friendly staff members; the curtains blocked out light. The bathroom lacked a fan, had a flickering light, and strange stains by the sink. The walls didn’t shield against late‑night and loud guests. The A/C claimed 68 °F but felt warmer than the hallway. The bed had no fitted sheet, so the linens twisted, and one sheet looked like it had a cigarette‑burn hole. Light switches were oddly placed (even the closet near the front door), and the “do not disturb” hanger fell to the floor every time the door opened. The biggest issue was the persistent, subtle cigarette‑smoke smell in the casino. I had to leave the hotel for a decent breakfast. The layout feels like a maze and a bit “The Shining.” Check‑in was slow because few staff were at the desk. Requiring guests to bring their own pool floats, forcing adults to buy inflatables off‑property and walk them through the casino, is absurd, wasteful, and shows the owners care little about the environment.
