The parking fee was an issue, and the room’s heating was off—despite being central, the front desk said it couldn’t be turned on, so they offered a portable heater instead.

Everything was clean and well‑organized. The prices at the on‑site restaurants and bar were exorbitant, and the service charge was included; for example, a bottle of water cost 9 reais plus an absurd service fee.

Breakfast was excellent, the room was comfortable, and the kids’ leisure areas were great. Parking was paid and expensive, and it wasn’t included in the nightly rate.

O quarto tem uma ante-sala e duas TVS, são bem confortáveis. Chuveiro é ótimo. No andar, tem copa baby, com microondas, pia, chaleira elétrica, ótimo para quem vai com filhos pequenos
