The room was clean, and when the assigned room smelled of cigarette, they promptly gave us a new one within a minute, showing understanding and friendliness at the reception. The entrance and common areas were dirty, really filthy. There was no kettle, tea, coffee, or herbal teas as advertised. The room was tiny and the bathroom felt like a university dorm. The most disappointing part was the breakfast: €9 per person for two croissants and a chocolate pastry for two, pre‑cut fruit with no variety and tasteless, only three pieces of butter which were insufficient for the toast. The breakfast photo on the site was misleading, offering only hot drinks.

The staff were friendly, especially the manager and the grandmotherly figure; the meal was tasty and the hotel stayed calm. The photos matched the room. At 7 pm we noticed the laundry bags on the staircase steps, and the floor and base of the bed weren’t cleaned well—unfortunate.
