“Très moyen”
The location was good, but you can’t do a bit of exercise after skiing and use the sauna when there weren’t many people; this is the first time I leave a negative review.

The hotel manager opened later to let us check in after we were delayed, and I appreciated that.

The restaurant was very good, the hotel was efficient and well‑located, but remember to book the parking!

The ski slope access was at the foot of the building and the mountain view was nice, but the arrival was complicated and poorly signposted: from the front it’s the ski slopes, from the back you can’t park to unload luggage. Eventually you find the access at the reception on the floor to get information: you have to line up in double file, get warned at the parking, then climb a filthy ramp where you meet the director who gives the same instructions in an annoyed tone because you have to hurry! There is no parking spot attached to the room (there is a distant option with an extra 15 euros per night). The room is small, the bathroom smells bad, there are nighttime noises (snow machines), the heating is on full blast and not adjustable, the restaurant menu is pricey, and the worst part is the tartiflette without onions or bacon costs 23 euros for a potato gratin! The sauna or hammam access is limited to 30 minutes max while no one else is there, and there is no clock or hourglass to help time. Note that these activities take place in rooms.

I booked a single night and the listing said a private parking spot would be included. About an hour before arrival I called for confirmation, only to learn that all indoor spots were taken and I’d have to park on the public road at P3, 400 m from the hotel. I mentioned I had a PMR card for a disabled spot, and they suggested I could use the outdoor G parking, which was right next to a huge pile of snow – not very accommodating for a disabled person. I tried to find a public spot instead, but when I left the hotel to look for one, the manager was handing out spots to new guests right before my eyes, waving politely. The rooms were uncomfortably hot because the central heating couldn’t be adjusted, and the bedding was very hard.
